We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. This is a critical-need full-time position at a skilled nursing facility (SNF), offering an excellent opportunity for an SLP who wants to make a meaningful impact while becoming part of a collaborative care team.
The position offers 40 hours per week with flexibility around scheduling, including the ability to incorporate weekend hours when appropriate. We are willing to work with the right candidate to create a schedule that supports both patient-care needs and the clinician's availability.

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities
Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and functional goals
Provide skilled speech-language therapy using evidence-based practices
Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
Evaluate and treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation, dietary, and other interdisciplinary team members
Participate in care planning and communicate patient progress effectively
Educate residents, families, and caregivers regarding treatment strategies and recommendations
Promote safety, independence, communication, and quality of life
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure
ASHA certification or eligibility preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Compassionate, patient-focused approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team
Flexibility with scheduling based on facility and patient-care needs
