Other duties may be assigned.Develop and implement high quality programming for pre-school aged children.Support young children with transitions, self-care, toileting, safety; skill development and behavior management.Supply early childhood outcomes; positive social relationships; acquisition of knowledge and skills and teaching children to take action to meet own needs.As a member of the team, write, manage, implement and monitor progress on IEP's.Administer and interpret standardized assessments, as well as use a variety of formative assessments to drive instruction.Support inclusion of children with identified special education needs.Follow behavior management plans.Develop daily theme-based program plans, orchestrate materials and prepare and teach differentiated lessons, as well as poster parent partnerships and involvement.
