We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Sidney, Iowa. This permanent, full-time opportunity offers a predictable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend rotation, providing an excellent balance between a rewarding clinical career and personal time.
As a COTA, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with patients, helping them improve their functional abilities, independence, and overall quality of life while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.

Provide occupational therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Assist patients with improving independence in activities of daily living and functional tasks
Lead therapeutic activities designed to improve strength, coordination, mobility, balance, and functional performance
Monitor patient progress and communicate observations to the supervising OT and care team
Document treatments, patient responses, and progress accurately and timely
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, adaptive strategies, and safety
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
Maintain a safe, respectful, and encouraging treatment environment
Follow all applicable clinical standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements
Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Appropriate Iowa licensure or eligibility for licensure
