Job Title: Permit Coordinator

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: CTH

Job Qualifications:

• Prepare, submit, and track permits in alignment with jurisdictional requirements and JHAs.
• Maintain permit trackers and project schedules to ensure timely approvals.
• Coordinate redlines and revisions with design teams.
• Manage relationships with municipalities, DOTs, and utility providers.
• Track permit fees, expirations, and resubmittals to avoid delays.
• Support construction scheduling and inspections through accurate permit management.
• Strong administrative background with telecom permitting experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple permits and deadlines with accuracy.
• Emphasis on responsiveness, attention to detail, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Skills Required:

• Internal permit tracking tools
• GIS (basic polygon mapping)
• Excel and project trackers
• JHA portals
