What We Offer Earn up to $20/hour Weekly pay via direct deposit every Friday Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Health benefits available after 30 days 401(k) with company match after 90 days Holiday pay after 30 days Paid Time Off (PTO) with unlimited rollover of accrued, unused hours Stable, year-round employment with a growing company Ongoing training and development opportunities Opportunities for advancement as the company continues to grow Join our employee-led committees: Fun Committee – Creates exciting events and activities throughout the year Wellbeing Committee – Promotes physical, mental, and financial wellness Community Outreach Committee – Gives back through volunteer events and charitable initiatives that help our customers love where they live while strengthening our local communities What You'll Do Obtain permits from cities, townships, and state agencies for residential home improvement projects Communicate with municipalities to understand permitting requirements and submit permit applications Maintain accurate customer records and detailed notes within company systems Track permit status and ensure all follow-up items are completed on time Update municipal contact information to maintain accurate records Partner with internal departments to keep installations on schedule Participate in process improvements, documentation, training, and special projects as needed. What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of professional work experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines Strong problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM systems, and other computer applications Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Basic math skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working with municipalities or permit offices Experience in the home improvement, construction, or remodeling industry is a plus.
