Work Schedule: 7:30 to 4:30 or 8:00 to 5:00 (1 hour lunch break)

Job Overview:
The Permitting Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating permitting activities to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit permit applications in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies to ensure timely approval of permits.
- Maintain accurate records of all permitting activities and documentation.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify permitting needs and timelines.
- Monitor changes in regulations and update processes accordingly.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding permitting requirements.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in permitting processes and regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and permitting software.
