We're looking for a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to senior management. This role calls for strong coordination skills, sound discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities with ease. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of management
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes as needed
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
Maintain confidential records and documents with a high level of discretion
Assist with professional and personal tasks as assigned
Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action items
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
Support day-to-day administrative operations to keep workflows running smoothly
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent practical experience
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and common productivity tools
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting senior leadership
Familiarity with scheduling and task-management tools
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
