Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director/Executive at Meyer Plastics Inc. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, handle communications, and assist in daily operations to ensure efficiency within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Screen and manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings and company projects.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, business trips, and conferences.
  • Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support operational activities, including inventory checks, order tracking, and communication, as needed.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely follow-up on projects.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital tools for scheduling and document management.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of the plastics industry or manufacturing processes is an advantage.
