Location: East Village, NYC & North Salem, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (with flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends as needed)
Compensation: $125,000+ annually, commensurate with experience

Travel: Regional travel between residences required; no out-of-state or international travel expected

A private household is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Personal Assistant / Household Manager to provide comprehensive support across two residences in East Village, NYC and North Salem, NY. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable managing both administrative responsibilities and the day-to-day operations of two private homes. This role requires someone who can confidently manage day-to-day priorities, maintain organized systems, oversee ongoing projects, coordinate household logistics, and anticipate needs before they arise. A strong sense of ownership, discretion, and flexibility is essential.
Manage calendars, appointments, emails, and scheduling.
Coordinate travel, errands, shopping, and personal tasks.
Process invoices, track expenses, research / document organization and maintain spreadsheets.
Assist with administrative tasks, meetings, and special projects.
Anticipate needs and provide proactive day-to-day support.
Oversee the daily operations of both residences.
Coordinate vendors, maintenance, repairs, and home service appointments.
Manage household inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies.
Maintain organized household systems, records, and vendor information.
Ensure both homes remain organized, well-stocked, and guest-ready.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Household Manager, or similar role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ongoing projects.
Comfortable creating and maintaining spreadsheets, tracking systems, and administrative processes.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and service providers.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative.
Must be comfortable working between two residences and have reliable transportation.
Must be a dog lover and comfortable providing occasional pet care.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
