QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus

Perform data entry, proofread documents, and ensure accuracy in all correspondence and records
Manage calendar schedules, appointments, and meetings with precision using calendar management tools
Support bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic QuickBooks entries
