Personal Banker Carbondale Main

Under the direction of the Branch Manager the position is responsible for performing intermediate duties and support related to financial services. Responsible for establishing and maintaining lasting customer relationships, customer rapport and trust. Identify the needs of new and existing customers for a variety of banking services; process account transactions; assist customers in their selection of accounts and financial services; cross-sell products and services; and maintenance accounts. Handle customer inquiries, problem solve, maintain excellent customer relations and represent the bank in a positive, courteous and professional manner.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum two years of job-related experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of all retail financial products and services
