Role Description The Personal Banker role is a full-time, on-site position located in Rochester, NY. The Personal Banker builds relationships with clients, provides guidance on banking products and services, and supports clients in achieving their financial goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with deposits and withdrawals, opening new accounts, explaining product features and fees, and recommending appropriate financial solutions. The role also involves resolving customer inquiries, handling transactions accurately, promoting digital banking tools, and referring clients to specialists for complex financial needs. Personal Bankers are expected to follow regulatory and compliance requirements, maintain high service standards, and contribute to branch sales and performance goals.

• Candidates should possess skills in Deposits and basic Finance to accurately process transactions and provide sound financial product recommendations.

• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Previous experience in retail banking, financial services, or a related customer-facing role is preferred.
