Job Description
The Personal Banker serves as a trusted resource for clients, delivering a welcoming, consultative experience while supporting deposit growth and relationship development. This highly visible, customer‑facing role blends in‑branch service with community and campus engagement.
You'll be set up for success through our 9‑week Banking Navigator training program, which combines virtual learning, self‑paced eLearning, on‑the‑job experience, and hands‑on skill application with support from a dedicated success team.
