Job Title: Personal Brand Media Manager / StorytellerAbout the Opportunity:We're seeking a talented Content Manager / Storyteller to join our team in building a founder-led content brand from scratch. You'll work directly with a fast-scaling entrepreneur to develop a YouTube-first engine that documents their journey, shares valuable insights, and provides tactical advice.Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: Develop content strategy, research trends, and plan content themes Production & Execution: Direct shoots, scripting, filming direction, and editing for YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn Optimization & Growth: Lead post-production, use analytics to test/iterate content, and build a scalable publishing systemRequirements: Hands-on content creator with experience in crafting stories end-to-end Strong understanding of marketing psychology and high-performing content Skilled in editing, pacing, hook-writing, and formatting for each platform Ability to research and plan content in advance Excited about building a top-tier YouTube channel and working with a founder-led brandNice to Have: Experience working on an influencer brand or building your own Knowledge of YouTube ad campaigns and organic growth channels Experience creating content for founder-led startups or tech companies Familiarity with tools like Opus Clip, Descript, CapCut, or PremiereWhat You'll Love: Hands-on entrepreneurial role with the freedom to make things happen Opportunity to build a media machine that combines founder-led thought leadership and authentic audience building Space to try new things, move fast, and work directly with the founderCompensation: Competitive pay, open to full-time or freelance arrangements Salary range: $75K - $100K (based on experience)How to Apply: Send examples of video content you've produced Share short-form edits or reels that showcase your skills Write a short paragraph on how you'd approach building this content machine from scratchLet's build something amazing together!
