Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide support with mobility and transfer techniques as needed.
• Help with light housekeeping duties, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families in Albanian to ensure comfort and understanding.
• Report any changes in clients' health or behavior to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Fluency in Albanian is required to effectively communicate with our clients.
• Previous experience in personal care or a caregiving role is plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and assisting clients with mobility.
