About the Role

We’re looking for a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Caregiver to provide personalized in-home care for senior clients. The caregiver will assist with ADLs and IADLs, personal care, daily routines, companionship, light household tasks, errands, and maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment. The ideal candidate is patient, dependable, and caring, with a genuine passion for helping seniors maintain their independence and quality of life at home.

What You’ll Do

Daily Care (ADLs):

• Personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing)• Mobility support & safe transfers• Toileting & incontinence care• Meal assistance and feeding (if needed)

Everyday Living Support (IADLs):

• Light housekeeping & laundry• Meal prep & grocery shopping• Medication reminders• Transportation to appointments or errands• Companionship (conversation, walks, activities!)

What We’re Looking For

• Experience caring for seniors or in a similar role• Comfortable assisting with full-spectrum care (ADLs + IADLs)• Kind, patient, and dependable personality• Ability to follow care plans and communicate clearly• Valid driver’s license (preferred)

Bonus Points If You:

• Have CPR, First Aid, CNA or HHA certification• Enjoy coastal walks, light activities, or games• Bring a great sense of humor 

Pay & Benefits

Caregiver Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and passionate about helping seniors• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance• Prior caregiving experience (professional or personal) is a plus (not required)• Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility• Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs and lift up to 30 lbs• Strong communication and documentation skills• Ability to pass background check and drug screening• Willing to work flexible shifts, including some weekends• Must be at least 18 years old• High school diploma or GED required
