Duties include compassionate care of the residents and assistance with their daily activities. You must have the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, be able to work independently and as a team, attentive to detail, and the ability to multitask. Prior direct care experience preferred, but we will train you as a PCA to become a Medication Assistant, with a salary increase at that time.Hourly rates begin at $14.50 to $18.00, depending on experience.
