Morningstar Living is seeking a compassionate, dependable individual to join our team as a Full-Time Personal Care Aide (PCA) in our Memory Care neighborhood at Moravian Hall Square in Nazareth, PA.
This rewarding day shift opportunity (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM) allows you to build meaningful relationships with residents while providing hands-on support and enhancing their quality of life in a warm, supportive environment.
Pay ranges from $17 to $18 per hour, with higher rates available for candidates who hold a Nurse Aide or Med Tech certification—earning up to $20 per hour.

What will I do as a Personal Care Aide?
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care that supports each resident's physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, dining assistance, vital signs, and medication administration (as assigned).
- Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nurse.
- Support meal service and ensure residents have access to snacks and hydration throughout the day.
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, transportation, errands, and other resident support services as needed.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, safety standards, resident rights, and confidentiality requirements. Complete timely documentation, care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in the electronic medical record.
What do I need as a Personal Care Aide?
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma, GED or active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide certification in good standing.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Pushing/pulling residents in wheelchairs;
- Pushing/pulling of equipment and carts up to 60 pounds;
- Turning, bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, to provide care;
- Assisting in resident care and transfer activities, which may include lifting of up to 35 pounds;
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
