Position Overview:The Personal Care Aide (PCA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) provides personal care, nutritional support, assistance with personal hygiene, home management, and environmental maintenance to individuals in their homes. Working under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse, this role supports clients during periods of illness, disability, social disadvantage, or other challenges, helping them remain safely and comfortably in their homes. The PCA/HHA plays an important role in promoting each client's health, safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being through compassionate, dependable care.
