About the Role:
Positive Choice Homecare LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant/CNA to join our growing team in Las Vegas, NV. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support to clients in the home setting
• Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervising staff
• Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed care plans
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Maintain accurate care logs and documentation in compliance with agency standards

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification or Personal Care Assistant experience preferred
• Valid Nevada state certification or eligibility to work as a CNA/PCA
• Prior experience in home health, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
