Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Administer medication and monitor clients' health as directed.
• Help with meal preparation and nutrition management.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document client progress and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations in the caregiving process.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in personal care is a plus.
• Previous experience in a caregiving or personal care role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
