What You'll Do
As a caregiver, you'll build meaningful relationships while providing essential support that helps our clients remain independent in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, providing companionship and emotional support, offering medication reminders, assisting with mobility and transfers, preparing meals, helping with grocery shopping and errands, performing light housekeeping, encouraging daily activities, and observing and reporting any changes in a client's condition.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for caregivers who have at least 2 years of professional healthcare or in-home caregiving experience and are confident assisting with Hoyer lifts, gait belts, transfers, and ambulation. Applicants should have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current auto insurance, and be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Candidates must be willing to travel within a 20-mile radius of their home, be comfortable caring for both male and female clients, and be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
