We’re hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to provide direct care. This role will support clients in maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life.
What You’ll Do:
Help clients with daily living: dressing, bathing, grooming, transfers, and mobility.
Assist with light housekeeping and meal prep.
Medication administration.
Provide companionship, conversation, and support.
Transport clients to doctor visits or community activities with the use of a company vehicle.
Support independence and personal goals.
Report any changes in client condition to our RN team.
What We’re Looking For:
Caring attitude and desire to help others.
Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
At least 6 months of caregiving or personal care experience preferred, but not required; we will train compassionate individuals who are reliable and eager to learn.
Must be 18 years or older to apply.
Must have a valid US driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility/transfers.
