GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The Personal Care Attendant supports individuals with disabilities by assisting with essential daily needs such as mobility, hygiene, meals, and restroom use, creating a strong foundation for full participation in residential, community and program activities. This role focuses on ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity while helping participants maintain routines that support independence and engagement. PCAs play a vital role in enabling access-quietly doing the critical work that allows individuals to take part in meaningful experiences throughout their day.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High School diploma or equivalency required, two-years of college preferred
