About the Role: Staying Homecare LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Concierge (Caregiver) to join our team in El Segundo, CA. Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, tidying, and errands
Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' overall well-being
Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to appropriate parties
Assist with medication reminders and daily living activities
Requirements:
Prior experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or personal care attendant preferred
Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a client-first mindset
Must have a valid CA Pers ID
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Must be eligible to work in the United States
