About the Role:
Staying Homecare LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Concierge (Caregiver) to join our team in El Segundo, CA. Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, tidying, and errands
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' overall well-being
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to appropriate parties
• Assist with medication reminders and daily living activities

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or personal care attendant preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a client-first mindset
• Must have a valid CA Pers ID 
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
