Key Responsibilities:
Personal Care: Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care, observations, and any changes in health status.

Support: Assist in training and mentoring new staff members and providing guidance as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program or willing to complete an LPN program
Licensure: Current and valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced LPNs.
Skills: Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
