About the Role As a PCA, youll provide hands-on, in-home support to clients, helping with daily activities such as:

• Bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Personal errands and companionship

• High school diploma or equivalent
• PCA or PCSP certification, or willingness to complete our PCA training program
• Compassionate, dependable, and a great communicator
• Comfortable working independently
• Basic tech skills for documentation
