Our roles are flexible, and we value your experience and expertise.\n \nAs a Personal Care Attendant, you'll work 1-on-1 with your clients inside their homes, and support them with the following types of activities: \n\n Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry and basic cleaning \n Personal activities such as dressing, medication and assisting with meals \n Accompanying your clients to and assisting them with any activities outside the home such as grocery shopping or running errands \n \nEligibility Requirements: \n\n Previous Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Experience is a plus, but not required\n Access to insured and reliable transportation \n Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training \n \nPhysical Qualifications:\n\n Ability to move, transport or position up to 100 lbs.\n Ability to move or traverse about in offices and/or client homes, including ascending and descending stairs\n* Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information\n \nCaregivers must comply with state background screening requirements.
