Caregiver Responsibilities
As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized, one-on-one care in clients’ homes, including:
- Personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life
- Working varied shifts based on client needs and your availability
Caregiver Requirements
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required — we pay for your Caregiver training
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Honest, dependable, and caring individuals with a passion for helping others succeed as a Caregiver
