This Forbes 5-Star, AAA 5-Diamond hotel has 170 rooms, 6,300 square feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes a new Italian Tuscan Steakhouse, a rooftop restaurant, lobby lounge, and in-room dining.

The Personal Concierge administers and supervises all True Waldorf Service (TWS) arrivals in order to achieve an authentic and unique service experience for our guests by providing the highest levels of courtesy, professionalism and unparalleled service. This position acts as a first impression of Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts by contacting guests prior to their arrival, ascertaining their needs and preparing for their stay. his includes but is not limited to:

  • Provide guests with a stay experience that is customized to their needs, while creating a sense of "we've been expecting you."

  • Meet and greet all TWS guests upon arrival.

  • Handle guest check-in, concierge services, luggage assistance, door assistance, unpacking service, welcome beverage and fulfilling other guest requests as required.

This position represents the highest level of service by combining instincts and expertise to ensure luxury through True Waldorf Service.

Classification: Full-Time

Shift: Various, including Overnights - must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate: The pay rate for this position is $30.12 per hour. After successful completion of 9 months of employment, the pay rate will increase to 90%, per the collective bargaining agreement.

Union Position: This position is part of the Local 11 Union which requires complete open availability. We are not able to accommodate schedule restrictions and full-time hours are not guaranteed. Hours and schedule are based on seniority and business needs and may be minimal at times until seniority is established. You must be comfortable with a schedule and hours that may vary from week to week.

  • Delight our guests: Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and effectively manage messages and communications
