Job Overview A law firm seeks a pre-litigation attorney to serve as a Pre-Suit Attorney in their growing Nashville, TN office. The role involves managing pre-litigation work and guiding clients through the case process, focusing primarily on personal injury cases, including premises liability.Duties Handle day-to-day pre-litigation work.Complete Flip-to-Lit approval.Guide clients through the case process.Draft and file pre-litigation documents.Complete TD approval for liability issues.Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation.Manage the release approval process.Lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers.Drive compliance and KPIs among the team.Conduct EUOs, PIP Statements, and recorded statements.Requirements Law degree from a fully accredited law school.Active member in good standing with the TN State Bar Association.2+ years of personal injury experience.Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit cases.Excellent client service and communication skills.Strong leadership skills.Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.Desire to become part of a trial team.Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.Certifications Active TN State Bar membership.Skills Strong leadership and team management.Excellent communication and client service.Superior writing and advocacy.Benefits Medical and dental insurance.401(k) plan.Paid time off and paid holidays.#J-18808-Ljbffr
