Job Details

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Illinois, in good standing
Prior experience handling plaintiffs side personal injury matters strongly preferred, from intake through litigation and trial
Working knowledge of Illinois civil procedure, comparative fault principles, and relevant statutes of limitations
Demonstrated ability to manage a active caseload independently while collaborating with paralegals and support staff
Strong negotiation skills and comfort taking cases to trial when a fair settlement cannot be reached
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with clients during difficult circumstances
A client first mindset and genuine commitment to advocating for injured individuals and their families
