MW Talent is partnering with a high-volume personal injury law firm to hire a Lead Personal Injury Attorney licensed in Texas. This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced personal injury attorney who has strong case-handling experience and the leadership skills to manage, train, and guide legal support teams and attorneys.
This role is ideal for someone who has handled a high-volume personal injury caseload and is ready to take on a leadership role. The Lead Attorney will oversee case strategy, support case managers, mentor attorneys, and help ensure cases move forward efficiently and professionally.

What You Will Do
• Lead and oversee a high-volume personal injury caseload
• Manage and guide case managers, paralegals, legal assistants, and attorneys
• Train team members on case handling, client communication, documentation, and legal strategy
• Provide direction and support when complex case issues arise
• Review case progress and help ensure files are moving toward resolution
• Manage cases from intake through settlement or litigation
• Communicate directly with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and internal team members
• Negotiate settlements and evaluate medical records, damages, liability, and case value
• Draft and review pleadings, demands, motions, and legal correspondence
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and litigation proceedings when applicable
• Provide strategic case evaluations and recommendations
• Help improve processes, team performance, and overall case management efficiency
What We Are Looking For
• Active Texas bar license required
• 4+ years of personal injury experience required
• Prior leadership, management, or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing or guiding case managers, paralegals, legal assistants, or attorneys
• Strong knowledge of personal injury case handling from intake through resolution
• Litigation experience preferred, but strong pre-litigation leaders will also be considered
• Ability to manage a high case volume efficiently
• Strong negotiation, communication, writing, and decision-making skills
• Comfortable training, mentoring, and supporting legal team members
• Organized and able to work independently in a remote environment
