Personal Injury Attorney

A well-established plaintiff-side law firm is looking to add a Personal Injury Attorney to its growing litigation practice. This is an opportunity for an attorney who wants to handle serious injury cases, take ownership of their cases and have a real path to building a plaintiff-side practice.

What you’ll do:

• Handle plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through trial
• Manage a caseload involving significant personal injuries and complex damages
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Handle written discovery, motions practice and expert discovery
• Develop case strategy, liability theories and damages claims
• Take cases through mediation, settlement negotiations and trial
• Work directly with clients, experts and opposing counsel
• Prepare cases for trial and have meaningful courtroom exposure

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
• Washington bar admission
• Strong deposition, discovery and motions experience
• Experience evaluating liability, damages and case value
• Comfortable negotiating cases and advocating for clients
• Trial experience is a plus
• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills
• Someone who wants to build a career on the plaintiff side, not simply process a high-volume caseload
