A growing Dallas personal injury practice is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its team and take an active role in representing clients throughout the life cycle of their cases.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys plaintiff-side litigation, wants meaningful ownership of their cases, and is looking for a long-term platform where strong performance is recognized.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling personal injury matters from initial evaluation through settlement and litigation, with the ability to confidently communicate with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, and other parties.

Job Details
Active Texas Bar license in good standing
2+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred
Plaintiff-side personal injury experience strongly preferred
Experience handling cases independently from pre-litigation through settlement or trial
Strong deposition, negotiation, and written advocacy skills
Excellent client communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
Strong judgment and attention to detail
Trial experience is a significant plus
