What You'll Do

• Manage a diverse plaintiff personal injury caseload from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Appear in court for conferences, hearings, and oral arguments.
• Prepare cases for mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial.
• Work directly with clients, expert witnesses, and medical professionals.
• Collaborate with experienced trial attorneys on high-value litigation.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the New Jersey Bar.
• 4+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
• Experience handling depositions and court appearances.
• Trial experience or a strong desire to develop trial skills is highly valued.
