An established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join its team. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with a successful personal injury practice, a strong referral network, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
Represent plaintiffs in personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
Manage a caseload involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and other negligence claims.
Conduct settlement negotiations, mediations, depositions, and trial preparation.
Build and maintain strong client and referral relationships.
Develop new business opportunities while expanding an existing practice.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the applicable state.
5–10 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience.
Proven success managing cases independently.
Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
Demonstrated ability to generate and maintain a book of business or referral network.
