The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its Houston office. This attorney will manage a substantial caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle, motorcycle, and other single-event injury cases, while playing a key role in maximizing client recoveries and driving favorable outcomes.

The firm provides significant operational support through dedicated paralegals, case managers, offshore resources, and modern case management technology, allowing attorneys to focus on litigation strategy, client relationships, and case value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
• First-chair litigation experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to handle cases from pre-suit through settlement, mediation, and trial
• Strong deposition, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills
• Experience managing a high-volume caseload
• Excellent client communication and case management abilities
• Collaborative approach with support staff and teammates
• Stable work history preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to taking ownership of results

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $100,000 - $150,000, depending on experience
• Performance-based bonus program
• Origination incentive of 40% of attorney fees on self-generated matters
• Additional incentives tied to case performance and recoveries
