You will carry a personal injury pre‑litigation caseload — building client relationships, negotiating with insurers, and moving cases toward resolution. Dedicated paralegals, case managers, and intake staff handle the administrative load so your time stays on law.What You'll DoManage a personal injury pre‑litigation caseload from intake through demand and resolutionBuild and maintain client relationships through consistent, proactive communicationNegotiate directly with insurance adjusters to maximize client recoveryDraft demand letters, settlement agreements, correspondence, and legal documentsCollaborate with and direct paralegal and case management staff in the KC officeDevelop referral relationships that grow your book of business and your incomeWhat We're Looking ForActive Missouri Bar license – requiredEligibility to obtain Kansas Bar license (UBE score or reciprocity)At least one year of personal injury experience preferred; strong candidates with relevant civil litigation background consideredGenuine client‑first orientation — you understand how a case outcome affects someone's lifeOrganized and self‑directed in a high‑volume environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable with legal technology and case management platformsGrowth & LeadershipAttorneys who want to lead find the opportunity here.
