Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Location:

Beverly Hills, CA On-site five days a week in a vibrant, central location surrounded by top restaurants, shops, and courts.

Note: Active California Bar membership is required. Candidates must have prior experience handling personal injury litigation.

Job Description

• Manage all aspects of personal injury litigation from intake to trial.
• Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions with precision and strategy.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies.
• Prepare clients and witnesses for trial and represent them in court.
• Collaborate with the litigation team to develop case strategies and deliver results.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership.
• 1+ years of personal injury litigation experience required.
• Strong negotiation, advocacy, and communication skills.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple cases.
• Trial experience or readiness to gain trial exposure.
