Personal Injury Attorney – Litigation Focus
Location: Tomball, TX
Compensation: Starting at $110,000+ Base Salary + Uncapped Performance-Based Bonus Structure

Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage a docket of personal injury cases from pre-litigation through settlement or trial

  • Conduct client consultations and develop case strategies

  • Draft, review, and file legal documents including:

    • Petitions

    • Motions

    • Discovery requests and responses

  • Take and defend depositions

  • Represent clients during:

    • Mediations

    • Hearings

    • Trial proceedings, when necessary

  • Negotiate directly with insurance carriers and defense counsel

  • Maintain consistent, professional, and compassionate communication with clients

  • Collaborate with legal support staff and team members to ensure efficient case progression

  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely case management

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) required

  • Active Texas Bar license required

  • Minimum of 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred

  • Experience handling:

    • Depositions

    • Case strategy development

    • Settlement negotiations

  • Strong legal writing and courtroom communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Client-focused with a strong advocate mentality
