A highly respected New York plaintiff personal injury firm with multiple offices across NYC and Long Island is actively seeking an experienced Personal Injury / Labor Law Attorney to join its litigation team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior plaintiff litigator who wants to take on serious cases, real responsibility, and meaningful earning potential within a growing firm that continues to expand its footprint in the New York market.

The firm handles complex personal injury and New York Labor Law matters and is looking for an attorney who can confidently manage cases from inception through trial, make court appearances, and work closely with leadership on litigation strategy.

Job Details
  • 5+ years of Personal Injury litigation experience
  • Admitted to practice in New York (required) - • New Jersey admission is a plus
  • Admission to Eastern & Southern Districts preferred
  • Strong experience with motion practice, litigation strategy, and court appearances
  • Excellent writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage an active caseload and supervise paralegals
