Personal injury law firm seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our team.
Trial Experience Preferred
Completion of Trial Advocacy Classes Preferred
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, excellent legal writing ability, and a desire to build a long-term career in plaintiff's personal injury litigation.
Handle all phases of personal injury cases from intake through resolution;
Maintain regular communication with clients and guide them through the litigation process;
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, demands, and other legal documents;
Conduct legal research and case analysis;
Manage case deadlines and ensure compliance with court requirements;
Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation as needed; and
Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to achieve favorable client outcomes.
