As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients who have sustained injuries due to accidents or negligence. This role requires a strong foundation in personal injury law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional legal counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting client consultations and advising on legal options
• Researching case law and statutes relevant to each case
• Negotiating settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Presenting cases in court and advocating on behalf of clients
• Managing a caseload and ensuring timely progress on each case

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Proven experience in personal injury law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
