Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full caseload of personal injury cases from pre-litigation through trial
  • Conduct case evaluations and develop litigation strategy
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers
  • Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trials
  • Provide exceptional client communication and guidance
  • Collaborate with support staff and junior attorneys
Qualifications:
  • Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona
  • 5-8 years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
  • Trial experience strongly preferred
  • Strong negotiation and litigation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
