What You Will Be Doing

• Manage a caseload of serious injury cases from intake through trial or resolution.
• Conduct depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and legal briefs.
• Collaborate with clients, medical experts, opposing counsel, and the courts.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to overall case strategy and firm growth.

Experience You Will Need

• 2–10 years of exclusvely plaintiff’s personal injury litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law in New York State.
• Proven litigation and negotiation expertise.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead, organize, and mentor within a team.
• Client-first approach with a focus on achieving results.
