Personal Injury Attorney

Raleigh, NC | Personal Injury | Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required

Our client, a growing plaintiff-side personal injury firm, is seeking a Bilingual Associate Attorney to join its Raleigh office. This role offers the opportunity to manage a personal injury caseload, advocate for injured clients, and gain meaningful litigation experience in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
• Communicate directly with English and Spanish speaking clients
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct depositions and negotiate settlements
• Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances
• Work closely with attorneys and support staff to deliver exceptional client service

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active North Carolina Bar admission or eligibility for admission
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Litigation experience preferred
• Personal injury experience strongly preferred
• Strong writing, advocacy, and client communication skills
