Cellino Law LLP is seeking a skilled and motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team in Rochester, New York.ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of personal injury matters independently, from initial client intake through trial or settlementConduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discoveryAttend court appearances, depositions, mediations, and trialsCommunicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team membersProvide top-tier legal representation in maximizing results for clientsQualifications2 to 10+ years of experience handling personal injury casesLicensed and in good standing to practice law in New York.Strong litigation and courtroom skillsExcellent communication, organizational, and negotiation abilitiesAbility to work independently while collaborating in a team environmentSalary / Bonus PackageBase Salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 depending on experience and qualifications (minimum 2 years). In addition to base salary, attorneys receive a performance-based bonus compensation for each resolved case. Bonuses are paid to attorneys on a monthly basis.For a realistic view of total compensation potential, in 2025, among our attorneys who have been with the firm for at least one full year and were on the same performance based compensation structure as offered in this position, annual bonuses ranged from $45,000 to $389,000 per year with an average of $185,000.#J-18808-Ljbffr
