You'll carry a personal injury pre-litigation caseload — building client relationships, negotiating with insurers, and moving cases toward resolution. • Manage a personal injury pre-litigation caseload from intake through demand and resolution
• Build and maintain client relationships through consistent, proactive communication
• Negotiate directly with insurance adjusters to maximize client recovery
• Draft demand letters, settlement agreements, correspondence, and legal documents
• Collaborate with and direct paralegal and case management staff in the St. Louis office
• Develop referral relationships that grow your book of business — and your income

• Active Missouri Bar license — required
• At least one year of personal injury experience preferred; strong candidates with relevant civil litigation background considered
• Eligibility to obtain Illinois Bar license (UBE score or reciprocity)
• Genuine client-first orientation — you understand how a case outcome affects someone's life
• Organized and self-directed in a high-volume environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with legal technology and case management platforms
