We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team in Tampa with pay ranging from 130K-170K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and a proven track record of successfully representing clients in personal injury cases.
Responsibilities:
Provide legal guidance and support to clients with personal injury claims
Conduct legal research and analysis of cases
Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings
Collaborate with legal team members and staff
Stay up-to-date with personal injury laws and regulations
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the state
Proven experience in personal injury law
